The base package is built around our 40’x20′ tent, 6 picnic tables, and 2 8′ tables, which comfortably seats a mid-sized gathering under cover with room to mingle on the grass around it. If your headcount is bigger, whether it’s a full department outing or an extended family reunion, we can add extra picnic tables, round tables, and chairs so seating grows with your guest list rather than capping it. Tell us your expected numbers when you book and we’ll help you size the setup correctly the first time.
Our tent is the built-in answer to a change in forecast. It keeps your buffet, tables, and guests dry and shaded whether the day turns to rain or full sun, so a passing shower doesn’t shut down the party. If you’re planning around a date with a higher chance of weather, ask us about adding sidewalls when you book so the tent closes in fully on the sides.
Our grass venue is busiest through the spring and summer months, when farm events, family gatherings, and company outings all compete for the same weekend dates. If you have a date in mind for a warm-weather event, reach out as early as you can so we can confirm the tent and tables are free that day. Fall and off-season dates typically have more flexibility if your event doesn’t need to land on a specific weekend.

Invite as many people as you’d like. The base package is set up for a mid-sized group, and we can add extra picnic tables, round tables, and chairs to accommodate a larger headcount, so let us know your expected numbers when you book.
Food and drinks aren’t included in the rental, but our large BBQ grill is, so you’re welcome to bring your own food to cook on site or pick up buffalo or bison meat from our farm market beforehand.
Yes, you’re welcome to decorate the grass area and tent for your event. Just let us know if you’re planning anything that needs extra setup time so we can work it into your 4 hour rental window.
Every rental is expected to be left in the same condition it was found, so please plan to clear your own decorations, food waste, and rentals at the end of your event. Ask us about our cleanup terms when you book.
Our 40’x20′ tent covers the whole seating and BBQ area, so a rainy forecast doesn’t mean rescheduling. If you want extra protection from wind or a heavier rain, ask us about adding sidewalls to the tent when you book.
